WHAT MOVES US

Architecture is a fascinating thing, because buildings and their properties often not only reach people's heads, but also hearts. Much of what makes a building can be measured or calculated. But the really important factors lie beyond all mathematics: The interaction of the materials, the proportions, the colors and the light, harmoniously or as a deliberate contrast embedded in the environment. In the case of old buildings, there is also a noticeable past that is paired with modern technology. Therefore, not only plans and drawings of a building project are important, but especially the communication of emotions.

 

It is imperative to create something that moves people, and doesn't just leave them feeling indifferent. Something that they'll remember, not quick ly forget. Living homes with a heart and a soul in which their inhabitants — and visitors — feel completely comfortable and at home. We don't create a cool sense of tedium: instead, we give ourselves the freedom to think outside the box. We often do things that are unexpected, and sometimes even unreasonable, if it will benefit the project in question substantially.

 

Only when all parties involved (investors, developers, administration, authorities and also the residents) are satisfied when a project is completed can we speak of a successful project.

METHODOLOGY

Real estate developments are often only about the classic processes of "planning - financing - building - selling or renting". And that as quickly as possible and with as much profit as possible! Our focus differs significantly from this approach. That is why we have developed our "FIHA Method" internally, which from our point of view summarizes all areas of a real estate project to be taken into account. This method forms the basis for our daily work.
