BROADWAY APARTMENTS in Ramstein - Miesenbach, Rhineland - Palatinate, Germany

In the West Palatinate, west of Kaiserslautern, is Ramstein Air Base, which together with the surrounding facilities forms the largest location of the US military outside the USA. Ramstein is also an important location for NATO. For members of the military and their civil service personnel, such as doctors, teachers, IT specialists or pilots, 4 apartment buildings with a total of 52 spacious rental apartments are being built. In addition, there will be underground parkink, a sports and wellness area, charging stations for e-cars and beautifully landscaped green areas. The entire development will be built in accordance with BEG / KfW 55EE.

BROADWAY SERVICED APARTMENTS in Ramstein - Miesenbach, Rhineland - Palatinate, Germany

In the West Palatinate, municipality of Ramstein - Miesenbach, a little further east of our project "BROADWAY APARTMENTS" the sister project "BROADWAY SERVICED APARTMENTS" is being built. This is an ecological building in timber frame construction, which has 26 fully furnished studios and a commercial unit. More information soon.
