OUR RANGE OF SERVICES
REESGA realizes real estate projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). The focus is on projects between 5 and 50 million EUR / CHF and in locations within a metropolitan region, but outside the major city centers. We make sure that each of our projects has its very own individual character and recognition value and thus stands out from the crowd.
Our range of services includes the entire value chain of real estate development, starting with the identification of interesting properties, through strategy development, the creation of building permits and building itself. Of course, we also take care of the rental or sale of the residential or business units that have been created.
FOCUS REVITALIZATION OF EXISTING REAL ESTATE
REESGA revitalizes and refurbishes existing properties, including those that are listed. We transform them into remarkable residential or residential / commercial properties that are unparalleled in terms of concept and design. We work closely with the building authorities and monument offices to develop a concept that is supported by all sides. On the one hand, we deal with the historical substance as sensitively as possible, on the other hand we are consistently leading the property into the 21st century.
In particular, aspects of pioneering energetics and the associated climate protection measures are important issues that REESGA does justice to. We strive for DNGB certification (or equivalent) for all of our projects.
FOCUS ON NEW CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-FAMILY HOUSES
REESGA develops and creates new apartment houses as well as apartment houses with additional commercial units. Here, too, our maxim applies to each project to create something unique for the respective region and location. In the case of new buildings, technical issues such as "Energy Efficiency & Environment", "Smart Home Solutions" and "Supply with individual charging options for electromobility" are becoming more and more important. We are happy to face this challenge.
FOCUS ON STUDIES (ANALYSIS & CONCEPT)
REESGA prepares comprehensive feasibility studies for real estate projects on behalf of investment companies, family offices and other companies or institutions. We analyze "the current situation" and work out sensible options for action for "the target". In addition, our studies include a concept that is suitable for the respective project, a complete calculation, the draft and - if requested by the customer - also an approval planning.
